The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.

2001 > Carini is a pretty tight segue
Trey tries to segue the Twist jam into Piper, but gets detoured by Fish asserting “Ass Handed”, which is pretty funny…. Then back to Piper as originally intended.
The Piper jam goes Marimba Lumina / percussion (no comment)
Third set and encore have horn section, extra percussionist and extra synth player which certainly deepens the fullness of sound, but keeps them all grounded jam-wise.
On to Mexico…..
