IMO the peak for Sand was 1999, but I'll give you the other two. The biggest omission from this list: CDT. The two best ever versions are Randall's 2014 and Baker's Dozen. In 1.0 CDT was limited to fast n furious type I shreddery. It's now much more capacious.
There are some 3.0 multi-part classics for sure. I prefer the shredders. Thankfully we don’t have to choose
