to replenish liquids into our bodies,
and get ready for another set

So we hope you'll all relax
and have a great time

There's a lot more music
But the music will be better
if we take a little breather to intermit

So please
I hope you will all intermit as well.
And take nourishment,
both spiritual, liquid, and solid.
As we will,
whilst we intermit.
