Looking at the trend so far in 3.0 I think it's safe to say 2015 and 2016 will have a different tour configuration than 2013 and 2014. It seems like they change it up every 2 years.
Not counting runs like the reunion, festivals, NYE , and Dicks the years have followed these patterns:
2009 and 2010 had 2 summer legs and a fall tour.
2011 and 2012 had just 2 summer legs.
2013 and 2014 had just one summer leg and a fall tour.

Also assuming there aren't going to be any Phish aftershows after the Dead shows, this is the first year they aren't playing Fourth of July weekend since 2009.

I'm just hoping they hit the Gorge this summer!!
