MJZ1974 Back around 2001-2004, I worked outdoors on a construction crew here in Michigan. EVERY morning, as part of my routine, I'd wake up...turn on The Weather Channel, and make coffee. For those 3 years...it was either "The Other 1" (Grateful Dead from Live Dead '69) instrumental or the "You Enjoy Myself" from "A Live One" (that 1st instrumental break with the repeating hammer-on notes) playing in the background.

It took me a few weeks to realize it!

Whoever was in charge of the background music for The Weather Channel from 2001-2004 was a Deadhead-Phishhead. God bless whoever that was...

I laugh thinking about how many old people in Kansas or Wyoming tuned in to check the weather...and had Trey piping through the living room without knowing it!
