Welcome to the 487th edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday, the second puzzle of December - shout-out to MJM HoFer @sumac22 for the clip! The winner will receive an MP3 download code courtesy of our friends at LivePhish.com / Nugs.Net. To win, be the first person to identify the song and date of the mystery clip. Each person gets one guess to start – if no one answers correctly in the first 24 hours, I'll post a hint. After the hint, everyone gets one more guess before Wednesday at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET. Stay safe!
Hint: With its anniversary this week I figured it was the right time to (re?)introduce you to this sweet jam.
Answer: Congats to @morgentown on his fourth MJM win, first in over 5 years! This week's clip was the incredible and possibly underrated 12/15/95 "David Bowie." MJM will be taking a much needed break over the holidays and I hope you will too - we'll reconvene in early 2022. Happy new year!

The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
Relistening to the 6-14-97 Cavern (which I now recommend), the similar jam is at a slightly faster tempo. Curse me, Aquascum!
happy anniversary to many of you out there! which has me thinking, I wonder which show has the most first time attendees ever?
